this firmware downloaded from VIA. They claim that these drivers are suitable for any embedded VIA chipset, however
they cover their butt by further stating that this version more readily suits later Via chipsets and that some respondents
claim a smoother pc is attained by using the earlier release applicable to the chipset on their mainboard , HOWEVER,
this vers. seems to work ok for me and VIA have at least a dozen other versions released between v4.55 and v5.24
