"This actually stopped working in version 1903 but was necessary for version 1803 since the OEM version stopped then. With COVID-19 keeping everyone at home I was hoping some enterprising and altruistic programmer might have some free time? It's a communication problem that this old work around makes the Win10 "Trouble Shooter" finds everything fine... but it isn'
