"This says "Firmware / Upgrade" - What if someone needs the actual original DRIVER?? My "A" drive is suddenly not recognized nor are either of my CD players. So what is the best option? Download the original driver? And where? Everyone keep posting this "upgrade" but that's not what I need. Do I have to just reformat my hard drive and reload
