"I have called up to the manufacturer but even them has no copy of this driver. They have totally obsolete this model. I was kind of upset until I found it on driverguide.com. It helps a lot since the scanner is still usable."

"The Scanner lights up, pretends to start, and then gives an error that it can not be detected, and to check my USB drivers. The USB is working fine... Can't find another version of the driver to try."
