"Driver for the Microtek Phantom 330 CX scanner parrallelport (LPT1) works very well on the XP engine. It is not a fast system, but it works fine and has a lot of tweakings in the main program.

"Ive had a really funny experience with my v300 scanner, sometimes i have installed this driver in many oportunities... some of them it was succesfully... others fail. All in the same machine... I gues there is some items that i dont know... but will be trying... thanks"

"I tried installing this driver with my Parallel Port Scanmaker E3. THe scanner is on and plugged in, but Windows XP does not detect it. Why can't I get this to work?"

"This driver works great in Win2K for scanning but I can't get the sleep function to work. I get the "System Standby Failed" error "The device driver for the 'SCSI/RAID Host Controller' device is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please close all applications and try again. "Only option was EPP when installing this driver on my Windows Xp system. Even though I have SCSI connection, I installed anyway, after rebooting, ran perfect on my Scanmaker E3."

"On the Toshiba laptop 1690 cdtx and cds it workt fine, after the first scanning.

on XP it stuck several times, but is working most of the time"

"Scanmaker II did work with Microtek SCSI ISA-Card and with Tekram SCSI DC-315U PCI-Card on Windows 98SE. On Windows ME the driver did not install with the PCI-Card."
