"Solved Large HDD installation Problem on QDI Brillianx 1s/2000 MoBo. HDD used Hitachi Deskstar HDS728080PLAT20 80GB ATA133 Drive. OS: Windows XP PRO.

"This the one I'm looking for, working well with no doubt, now my QDI BrillianX motherbord with award modular v4.51PG 2a69KQ19C-00 have been updated and could detect 40 GB, before limited to 33 GB.

Go to tw.giga-byte.com/Motherboard/Support/BIOS/BIOS_List.htm Find under Others > GA-5AX (REV5.2)> Download F4 (2001/8/23) Run the bios_5ax_f4.exe file and extract the content into your harddisk. Copy the content to your bootable floppy. Bios F4 is For PCB 3.0, 4.1, and 5.x. Support AMD K6-3+ CPU. Supports 64G HDD NOTE Most of the 4.5
