"That driver is not work with Win2k.

I have found my old driver for Maxxtro USB2USB Laplink Cable UAU211. It’s work good.

I can email this driver for interesting parties.

"The driver installed ok, but the need to use it disappeared when user decided to replace his computer. It did recognise the device ok...."
