I downloaded the driver ,I have uploaded it as "Analog Devices 198x Drivers Win 7 (Vista) (Dell) R145149.EXE" and am currently using it on a Dell Optiplex GX520. The onboard SoundMax is now working fine under Windows 7 64-bit. This computer was upgraded from Windows XP.
