"Im running Windows XP and the DL just wouldnt open. Even when I changed the compatibility mode to Win95 or Win98, it did nothing. Im trying another one because Im frustrated and dont have time to email the owner of the DL for help."

"ALL your freaking drivers for Windows XP and easyphoto imagewave do not work...IF THEY DO WORK YOU SHOULD POST INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THEM TO WORK instead of wasting my time and making my experience with you fruitless and time consuming"
