"The most recent generic driver released by Agere Systems (formerly a division of Lucent Technologies) does not support the dsl functions of the card. These apear to be those drivers. However this is realy water under the bridge as the dsl portion of the card is badly outdated. The same way the K56Flex features of the analog portion are outdated."

"I have a HP Computer that crashed and could not find the modem disk. The computer didn't detect a modem and after installing this driver it still fails to work, say it isn't turned on. I don't know what else to do but replace the modem."
