"I bought this device when I was using Windows Me. Now I have switched the OS to XP Professional but it has not recognised the external disk drive and not able to set it up even after downloading this latest driver. Can someone help me to install the device probably becos on this external HDD I have important data stored in when I was still using the OS Windows Me.
