At the VAIO ME F/W Update Tool screen, follow the on-screen instruction, verify that the version to be installed is 9.5.52.1940, and then click the Update button. At the Do you want to update the system Firmware? screen, click the OK button. At the Firmware Update successfully complete message, click the OK button.
