"Driver is good. Unlock errors are due to power supply issues, not driver issues. Works fine with XP Pro."

"Found out the scanner is faulty and a lot of people have the same problem of unlock a lock that isn't there. I downloaded another driver that had an expected file size error and the driver from driverguide .com did it's job of communicating with the scanner."
