Like Gopinath said, if you copy from your floppy to your C:, this write error does not occur. It fixed my problem.

"After trying to install this driver on a Windows SE system I couldn't get it started again except in safemode. Said it could find the system.ini file anymore although it looks like its where is still should be. I'm switching to another network card."

"This error occurs when u try to run the exe from floppy. Just copy it to a folder in c drive, run it from there. Detect the adapter and when asked for driver mention the location (eg. c:\drivers). It's a beauty."
