"There are some install issues, but it WORKS.

My system hanged a few times while trying to install. No guarantees that it will work for you.

For windows xp I Selected the Intel(R) 536EP Modem, not the generic version and it finally worked.

Note:

Modem PCB type: 170010101211A V1.1A (written on the component side)

Back side sticker: WS-5614PA3DG
