"Did Not work with my modem. These drivers are mostly 33.6 and 14.4 drivers! Not recommended for most 56K modems."

"I needed to install a modem on someons really outdated Packard Bell Pentium 133 MHz system. It was a data processing, forms report, email PC only. Anyone who has worked with an old PacBell remembers how proprietary adding hardware is.

We bought a standard modem from Officemax and the bundled driver was not accepted on the PacBell as it did not have Win2K, only WinNT.

"It says that the driver is for all O.S but when I install it on Windows XP, it says me that this driver doesnt work on XP. Also, in the txt file of the downloaded zip, it says that the driver only is for windows 95/98/NT"

"I tried this driver on a pentium166 computer.That had a sportster 56000 voice internal modem.And it worked.I had to unzip it to a blank disk first."

"My modem does not work when I have installed windows millenium. I was told to get a new driver that windows will recognize, and I am hoping this is the one! Can you assist me in this mater? I have an NEC ready series computer model # 9701se"
