This is a combination of files rather than just 1 file. This self-extracting archive should be unzipped to a freshly formatted bootable floppy.
Links to the files & configurations can be found at: http://www.computing.net/dos/wwwboard/forum/13845.html
For simplicity only the necessary files were put the zip. After trying multitudes of different DOS USB drivers that I could not get to work, I finally found one that works with Win98SE.(might work with others) This is the combination that worked when booting from floppy or on a bootable cd with it's image. It mapped a USB External Drive in DOS on a desktop and a laptop. See the link if it doesn't work on your machine. There are many combinations.
