Go into the Control Panel in Windows by clicking on Start, Settings, Control Panel or Start, Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall the Media Center driver.
Download the wdmcdrvr.zip file or wdmcdrvr.exe file, and then extract the files to your desktop.
Double click on the file named "Install.bat". The driver should install automatically.
Reboot your system.
(optional) you can delete the downloaded files from the desktop.
