"There is package with a driver and Alcater controlling software...thats work good, but without original Micronet or full Alcatel sw you cannot set the connection settings! So you will have linked modem, connected to DSLAM, but standard settings in XP dont know ANSI type or protocols type...so drivers working, but for nothing..."
