"I found the Windows XP driver that works fine with the Conexant 56K PCI Modem - (RH56D/SP-PCI)(R6795-11). It is a generic driver for this chipset called HCFXP.zip and I will post it on this website! Thanks"

"tried on one of that chipset modem, not working. can not find the driver after extact to temp folder. had win2000, win95-98, and NT4 sub folder. not working for me under win98 SE."
