"Trying to fix tendency of this drive to 'red line' on speed and also to shut rapidly after opening. Install under Win98SE failed; looking for a required file named _setup.dll. Readme.txt implies that this is just mscdex driver. Trying that next."

"I need a cd rom driver, my cd rom is a creative CD5230E, and when I unzip it, it was looking for the setup.dll I could not install this file at all. I will like to know do you check these drivers out to make sure its not missing or corrupt file. I am still unable to install the cd rom drive with out the driver, can you help please"
