"Doesn't work with XP, system prohibits driver load as "obsolete/unstable." System patch info simply leads to Roxio sales pitch for Easy CD. Doesn't help those of us stranded with data on DirectCDs that we can't read in XP. Dorks."

"It worked I Needed help reading CDRW disc created with DirectCD on old PC upgraded PC (win 2k) came with NTI CD-Maker 2000 installed driver, rebooted voila"

"Disabled the cd-rom drive in my Sony Vaio PCG-FXA36 Laptop with windows xp. I just want to read my Sony Mavica CD's I took with a Sony Digital camera, without having to hook up my camera to the computer. I can't understand why the dumb thing won't read the cd's or accept the software that came with their own camera! Sheesh!"
