"Win XP SP2 said no driver matching this hardware when I tried to install it, but XP SP2 had already found and installed a driver of its own which works perfectly, so this driver is not needed.

Thanks anyway for posting it for other OS's."

"I'm about to download it, hope it can drive my Acer Internal Modem 56K (standard V90). Developed the problem of the above modem not working since loading the Windows XP operating format. I also got the message PCI serial controller missing after installing XP. Here's hoping, thankyou!"
