FORTH, PUT ALL THE RATINGS DETAILS IN ONE PAGE SO WITH A FEW CLICKS

"i want to upgarde my bios because i got hard disk 40 giga and the board only support 30 giga please supply me with updateable rom so i can keep my work with 40 giga hd my board is m748mr thank you very much"
