"Had to do a repair of Xp and it asked for this file as the video card was an old one using win98 and I had to put it onto a floppy whilst XP was repairing itself."

"my comment is this, it would be a good idea if you let people know what they are downloading....how about specifying what it is and what it is for, hey and maybe even throw a word or two in about what it does."
