"This driver works! Thank you very much for publishing it. Running the Win98 drivers on WinME resulted in hanging the OS on every boot, so one had to remove the modem from the device manager before every reboot. BUT NO MORE. This driver installs as a WDM driver assuring perfect operation with WinME. Download and enjoy! oh....did I say thank you? )"
