"With this driver I could use again my CanoScan LiDE Canon Scanner without problems.

I had lost the installation disk that came with the scanner and tried this one from DriverGuide.

The result was very good."

"The driver worked well, but if you do not have the installation discs then download the Canon Canoscan Toolbox version 4131 as well for everything to work as I could not get the Windows XP Scanner and Camera Wizard to recognise the scanner."

"I did not have the instillation disc for a Canoscan Lide30. I search the net & logged on as general user with driverguide, then simply followed the prompts......The end results were "Thumbs Up!"

the official Canon driver doesn't work at all.

This driver troubleshoots all your problems.

"This driver is actually better then the ones you can download from the canon site considering that the one I downloaded from them did not install corectly (the os could not find the *.inf file)"
