"The driver did not succesfully install. There is a lot of stuff in the CAB file that relates to the DC10plus, but an XP driver (.inf file) does not appear to be in the package."

"Don't even bother downloading this. There's no inf file in the archive so XP won't even allow you to click next when manually browsing to the extracted folder. I think someone like wasting people's time."
