"This worked quickly and with no problem whatsoever on this "new" Win 95a Sony Vaio of my dad's. Required one reboot to install, then when I put a floppy memory stick adapter in your drive, it was immediately recognized and accurately read. This driver appears to be identical to msac-fd2driver.zip also available here."

"I found this info in the HELP file... Might be why some people are having problems with XP. Most computers with XP systems have USB ports... right??? "CAUTION The adaptor supports 1.44MB floppy disk drives that are ISO-9529 compatible. It cannot be used with floppy disk drives connected by PC cards or USB cables.""

"This driver says it works with all Microsoft Windows versions. When you install it it only works with Windows 95 & 98. There seems to not be a version available for XP."

"This driver sorta works for XP if using the Windows 2000 setup. All it does is installs the program (warning) to 'format' the memory stix. No drivers as included."

"Worked fine on my Win98 (upgraded from Win95). Other drivers for win2000 did not work for me. This looks like the actual driver that came with the adaptor from Sony."
