"I had tried the Win98 driver for the RTL8129 adapter

from the Install-CD but it didn't work....but after downloading this RTL8139 driver and installing it, so far it seems to be working well across the network with both the IExplorer v5.0 and the latest version of Firefox...to connect to the Internet and download files..."
