"The 'driver' is just a *.inf file and doesnt do anything. When I go through the usual method of manually installing a driver it doesn't find any drivers in this 'driver'."

"I too thought it didn't work, but here's the trick. In the monitor driver window, click on the button that says something like "get disk"... then, browse for the teco.inf file and that is it."
