"Provides a DOS-based adapter configuration program, to change the I/O, IRQ, and some other settings. Also provides a means to test/diagnose the network adapter. Driver installed without a hitch in Win98SE. Configuration and diagnostics works perfectly! Only issue I have is trying to resolve memory conflicts with a video card.
