Logitech Cordless Elite Duo Driver Reviews

After a full restore and a fresh download of this iTouch software upgrade, I noticed I had lost most of the button functionality on my KB including Volume, Mute and most of the other assignable keys.

I read somewhere that if this happens to do the following:

1) Remove the batteries from the KB

2) "Speed type" for 2 minutes on the disabled (no batteries) KB.

3) Replace the batteries.

4) Re-connect the KB using the button on the wireless remote.

5) Press the "Connect" button on the bottom of the KB.

Incredibly, this fix worked! The next time I started iTouch, the buttons that had been missing from the iTouch dialogue box reappeared and I was able to reassign my shortcut keys.

It seems like a bizarre fix, but it works. I am back to full functionality after several days of attempting to regain it. I even tried to reinstall the drivers that came with the KB/Mouse duo package to no avail. Nothing else worked except the method above.
