"the volume keys work (but backwards) - all other keys give an error - "cannot find msmixmgr.dll"

pretty sure this is not the correct driver for the packard bell fda-116c as was specified

"1) You need to install the mmkb.exe driver file you supplied, restart your computer... 2) Install the PBmm116C.zip drivers that you supplied and restart. Once you are done, go to the START->PROGRAMS->NETROPIA and click on MULTIMEDIA KEYBOARD and configure ALL your keyboards special keys! You MUST install in that order and you MUST restart EACH TIME before proced
