"This driver is just the executable file. You need to have the original software plus the appropriate system 32 ".dll" files (located on the CD with the scanner)."

"Well, this may not be the driver, but I needed it because the application file I had was damaged, and HP did not offer it as a download. I installed it and it works great now. Thanks Lee and driverguide!"

"This is not a driver. The correct driver is on DriverGuide and it's in two parts, each about 10Mb. Download two zip files, one from www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads10/2242.html and the other from www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads10/2245.html"

"This is not the driver set but the executable for the Precision scan application. Not only is it missing DLL's, but it is not the driver to configure the scanner to work in the first place. So if your looking for the driver since HP has foresaken its customers once again, this is not the right file."
