"I haven't tried this driver, but my Time Warner Road Runner USB ethernet adapter came with v1.13 of the EN1046 drivers. The Road Runner USB NIC says "TW1046" on it. The readme file looks the same as the Accton and F=ma driver files. I'll try to upload it."
