"Out of all the drivers I tried this was the only one which restored the voice AND speakerphone capabilities of my card (rs56/SP-PCI)! All the others were generic drivers you can get from conexant's site, but they only show it as a data\fax modem, and not voice and speakerphone. I needed the voice driver for a program, and the other drivers just didn't help me out. THIS ONE

"ignored all the instructions - unzipped - just updated driver in Device Manager. Works on Windows 2000 Advance Server as well."
