"I don't remember the mobo's model, but on it it was a Cyrix MII @300 Mhz, running Win98SE, and it hangs the booting proccess when this driver is enabled, this doesn't happen when using "Safe Mode with Network" by pressing F8 on booting. Hope this was useful"

"While unziping had to overwrite duplicate filenames umteen times. Windows 2000 Pro would not accept the driver. Error 31 was given. Error 1 with the driver that is bundled with W2k Pro.

"That worked like a charm, thakns newbery. Althou you need to remember to restart,as it doesnt prompt you, and the modem will remain flagged untill you do."
