"Unzipped the file to a folder, plugged the Eye Toy into the USB port, XP found new device, told it where to look and all went well. Box came up during install and I selected 50 Hz and then made a shortcut to vidcap32.exe, ran the file and lo and behold I now have a fully functional webcam with sound and capture facility. Excellent!"
