"I updated from ver.8.20. When unziped you will find two files chgbiosa.exe is the bios utiliy and biofc1at.com is the new bios ver.9.20. Make a boot-up system disk and away you go. I have a T8000 P2 266 no prob`s a OK."

"The downloaded file is BIOS version 9.30. According to Toshiba's support link versions after 8.20 were 500Mz or higher."
