"The download file has a bad CRC and it will not unzip completely or install no matter what you do. I have had the driver before and it works great for Windows 98 and XP the modem is hard to id it is a Agere V56705-RD with an agere HV90p-t chip and a Lucent data pump chip so there is some confusion as to what company makes it. Windows XP IDs it as a Lucent Win Modem, tags I
