"this is not a driver - "PC_DecoderInstaller" ?? Its some audio/video codec.. contains the following files: BAvxADec.ax, BDecoder.ax, dmkinst.bat, dmkinst.bat.bak, GSM.dll, sample.avi. THIS IS NOT A DRIVER. DO NOT DOWNLOAD."
