"In my case I have to assume that I had the wrong driver or my card is bad, I only had the fcc id # to go by and this is the only driver I found,the error msg. I got said the card could not start, still searching"

"This driver Read Me says that it is only to replace an existing driver. I could not install it without it replacing another driver.The install is in DOS."
