First remove any yellow ? marks from the device manager but leave the usb cable plugged in. and download the program to a easy to see place.
This I a driver from a Kowell electronics USB-Parallel cable. It is working ok on the inland cable distrubited by Ben Cole. The application installs a registry key, and creates a folder c:\drivers\prousb .You can study the installer text, or just restart the computer. At the new hardware found point the driver search to the created folder. After install is complete add the new printer to prtport1 (USB Port)
