"Not a complete installer. The basic drivers are there, but the utilities are not. Run CtDrvStp.exe to install the drivers."

"Dricer is easy to download and my webcam is now working. Thanks Jack. You have to Unzip the file and then give the location (NOT automatically find the driver) of the driver when you connect the hardware. If any msg popup then press CONTINUE ANYWAY. You will then see start it working again."

"This driver loaded right away and the camera is (finally!) running again. Creative's support is awful for this product. Maybe people are complaining because the "setup" file is not named conventionally? But, if you unzip the file, its pretty clear. Bashing the person who supplied the file is just silly."
