"I see all these comments posted I guess it would only be right to thank you for this driver, I have a bit of computer knowledge so after searchihng many many web pages for this driver, philips cam page as well-as hard as it is to find--their driver did nt work either-so thank you once again and keep up the good work."

"Raymond, you're my hero!!! I really thought I'd have to replace my cameras. Was resisting the move to Win 2000 because of that. Now somebody please explain the Philips company to me. How do they stay in business? I'd like to smack their webmaster. Hard."

"De-Ja-Vu or what! Yes, been here before, and nothing changes. Since I last wrote Tue Oct 16 (Dave) a new hard drive meant new drivers once again. Foolishly, I re-attempted to find on Philips site. I wouldn't mind, but a few months ago I also upgraded to ADSL. Nope, Philips site is still unfriendly and unusable. No sign of drivers, no pc stuff pages appear after 1-2 minutes

wait, and those pages that do, are incredible to load. I still say, good camera, shame about the support, and my next cam will certainly not be coming from them, purely for that reason. Said it before, will say it again. Raymond, your a star for submitting the driver, and have had many happy months using it. Thanks"

"I had trouble with Phillips website, main screen is ok, then clicking on pc peripherals the page does not load properly at all. Thanks for this link to the proper drivers, although i would say that when i plugged it into my machine, ME picked it up straight away, but i cannot configure it. This is why i need the real drivers. thanks"

"PS I entirely agree with JonasDeDoper's comments about Philips being lazy. Having trawelled and stumbled around Philips website for hours all to no avail bar finding an alleged work-a-round that didn't work, it's a shame that they are so lazy about supporting new O/S, and their site needs to be made more user friendly as it's bordering on the point of being totally useless

Having tried to reinstall my 680 on an ME platform yet failing miserably, despite trying the numerous work-a-rounds of installing old 98 CD's, creating empty Win98_23.cab folders on both my C \ drive and desktop, all to no avail as numerous files could not be found, your driver loaded up straight away and my camera has now been retrieved f

"Cool .. drivers that work with windows 2000 - The setup states it cant remove registry keys from Win 2k and to try again after remnoving them yourself. If you remove the device in device manager and scan for changes it installs the new drivers automatically..."
