"The database lists this driver package as being appropriate for Windows 98, 98SE and a number of other versions of Windows. Infact, it is specific to Windows 2000 and will not install on other OS's. The listing's OS field should be changed to reflect this."

"In addition to Paul Barac's remark during my installation the setup not only asked for the file win95ac.vxd but also for the file hcfreadr.dll. The first can be found on the cd-rom provided with the modem (as Paul stated), the second is included in the win98 zip-file for the PT-3515 modem, which can be found on www.puretek.com. "It works but during installation it asks for the file win95ac.vxd which was not included in the zip file. I used the file from the cd I got with the modem and it worked well!"
