"The driver was specified to work with Windows XP. When attempting to install the driver, XP Pro indicated that the driver would not work with the XP operating system. THe installation terminated without the driver being installed."

"Could not download the Multi-volumn set as indicated when trying to unzip the file. I downloaded 168 KB and when I tried to unzip the file I got the message, "Please insert the last disk of the Multi-volumn set and click OK to continue."

"I have Windows XP Pro and I cannot go online with my Intel HaM Data Fax voice modem. Whenever I attempt to install the windows 2k driver it assigns the modem to COM1 and then it doesnt allow me to change it. Also windows xp does not detect my modem. Can anyone help me email gokou18@msn.com"
