"Well it seems to have all the right squiggles as is printed on the chip and says its for ME. The driver on the CD supplied syas win95/98 and is dated 3/2000. So cheers for pointing me in the right direction."

"Worked great! Only one thing--I hit cancel when ME found it and extracted the files to a folder and ran add new hardware from control panel and when I pointed it the those files the computer rebooted. But when ME found the modem again on startup and I pointed to the proper directory with files it went right in. Thanks a lot."
