"Eventhough I registered and confirmed my account, I can't download DigiView.zip for my HR-55 monitor. The website keeps sending me to either re-register or confirm my account again. Do you know what's going on? I need the file like today, but can't get it because of this reason. Any suggestions?"

"Apparently it just doesn't work. Tried to "install" using right key option for "inf" files, then tried "Settings" method.

Any suggestions?"
